Around Wicklow, I constantly see cars and vans parked on footpaths and cycle lanes. If we are serious about providing safe and sustainable alternatives to car travel and safe routes to school for our children in Wicklow, it is absolutely vital that road safety offences are taken seriously by the authorities.
