Need for Changes to School Bus System

The School Bus system this summer has been extremely challenging for many families in Wicklow with Blessington, Roundwood, Laragh and Moneystown particuarly impacted but I have dealt with cases from across Wicklow. I spoke this week in the Dáil to raise concerns about the system, the need to improve communication with families and local representatives and to call for a complete overhaul of the current system to reflect the annual chaos that the current system brings about. I will be attending a public meeting this evening in Moneystown to discuss the issues and I am determined to work towards a solution for the families and children still without a school bus.
